Cancellation Policy applies whether your reservation is booked On-line, via phone or in person at the office. Once your reservation has been processed, the cost of the reservation will be charged to your credit card. There will be no refunds due to weather or river conditions. No partial cancellations will be accepted. If you decide to leave early or cancel a night, you are still obligated to pay for the total number of night(s) you reserved. If you cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to your check-in date, you will receive a refund minus 20% handling fee and credit card fees. If you cancel within the 30 days from your check-in date, you will forfeit your entire payment, unless we are able to rebook your cabin at full rate and the same amount of days as you reserved. You will still be responsible for credit card processing fees. Unusual or unforeseen circumstances will be dealt with on a case by case basis at the discretion of management.

All Cold River Cabins are NON-SMOKING!! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Renters and guests shall adhere to the rules, regulations and guidelines noted below in order to ensure that all guests have a safe and pleasant experience.
Cold River Cabins, LLC management reserves the right to require renters or their guests to vacate the premises for failure to comply. (FEES will apply for violators.)
• Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult.
• No PETS allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you bring a pet, you will not be able to check in. You will be asked to leave and your reservation fees will be forfeited.
• Small Fires allowed in Fire Pits only!
• ABSOLUTLY NO SMOKING in any cabins!
• NO fireworks allowed!
• NO cutting or manipulation of any trees, brush or plants for firewood!
• No tents allowed unless approved by management.
• No loud music. Be respectful of your neighbors.
• Quiet Hours are from 11:00pm-10:00am.
• No more than two vehicles allowed per cabin. Call management if additional parking is needed. Utility trailer parking is allowed in designated areas. Ask management before unhooking.
• Please contain all Litter in waste areas provided.
Cold River Cabins reserves the right to charge the credit card on file, without notice, for any additional services needed to return the property to its original state prior to your arrival. For Example: Excessive, garbage, broken or missing appliances, Broken furniture, BBQ pits, Fire Rings, Pets in Cabins or Smoking in Cabins.
• $100-$200 Excessively dirty upon departure
• $25-$50 Pick up any trash left around the inside and outside of the Cabin.
• $50-$75 Per comforter damaged, stained, or missing
• $25-$50 Per mattress pad or sheets damaged, stained, or missing
• $TBD Replacement or repair fee for damaged furniture, appliances or décor
• $TBD Smoking in Cabins
• $TBD Outdoor fires (possible fines during burn bans by local authorities)
• Our cabins are 2-BD, 1B and are furnished with: Basic pots & pans, dishes and utensils, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, stovetop/oven, full size refrigerator, Comforters, Sheets, 2-Rolls of Paper Towels, 2-Rolls of Toilet Paper, small dish soap; basic Cleaning supplies,
• Direct TV, Wi-Fi, BBQ pits, Fire Rings, Picnic Tables.
• Extra paper goods (Paper plates, Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, trash bags.)
• Coffee, coffee filters
• Towels, sunscreen
• Firewood and or Charcoal for BBQ pits and Fire Rings.
• Wi-Fi provided. Passcode is provided in the cabin on the refrigerator.
• Guests must be 21 years old or older to rent a property from CRC. Please be prepared to show a photo I.D. at check in please.
• Quiet Hours are 11:00PM- 10:00AM. Please be respectful of those around you.
